Association between serum and secretory immunoglobulins and chronic otitis media in Indian children.

Description: 

The greatly increased incidence of otitis media in Indian children in this geographic area may imply a genetic malfunction of their local immune systems. This hypothesis has been investigated as well as the relationship of the local and systemic immune systems to chronic otitis media in Indian children.
