Kennewick Man's trials continue.

Description:

This article provides an update on the issues surrounding the 9300-year-old skeleton known as Kennewick Man. While some scientists would like to do the research on the skeleton with an eye toward understanding more about the first Americans, American Indians religious beliefs dictate that the skeleton must be reburied on the grounds of the Umatilla Tribe in northwestern Oregon. Their beliefs are protected by the Native American Graves protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA).
