Applied research ethics with Aboriginal people: a Canadian dilemma.

The authors state that there has been an increase in interest in research about Aboriginal peoples. With this interest has come the realization that the legal status of Aboriginal peoples has an impact on ethical relationships, such as informed consent, under Canadian law. The article discusses the many problems with informed consent as it applies to First Nations.
