Written for all interested in the health of Indian babies, this article instructs young mothers on how to nurse their babies, feed them, make formula, dress them, and bathe them. Impetigo is often seen on the faces and hands of Indian children. Children often become infested with lice or scabies. Flies are a baby's worst enemy. Many Indians have tuberculosis; patients should be careful with their saliva. Have your baby vaccinated. If all Indians would be vaccinated, every five years, there would be no smallpox on Indian reservations. Watch your babies' eyes for trachoma. A letter from Commissioner Cato Sells is attached.
