When comparing mental performances of two races, one must consider the environmental influence as a very important factor. Scientific conclusions as to the mentality of individuals cannot be drawn unless those individuals have been exposed to the environment which the test presupposes. Tables and statistics compare mixed bloods with full bloods and show seven results under conditions of uncontrolled social status but controlled school training. The best scores were about equally divided between the mixed and full blood Indians. Tables.
