The teeth of the Eskimo are in marked contrast to teeth of other races. Three hundred twenty-four modern Eskimo crania were examined and dental characteristics and abnormalities recorded. Four case studies show marked attrition and other effects of lifestyles. Other problems present are: malocclusion, overdevelopment of the muscles of mastication, pulp exposure, periapical abscesses, osteomyelitis, osteoperiostitis, sinusitis. Footnotes. Very poor copy.
