Description:

Ritual objects are sacred. cérémonies are held to appease snakes, at the birth of a child, during adolescence. Principal diseases are pneumonia and tuberculosis, trachoma, and digestive difficulties. Treatment of gonorrhea and syphilis is by saline deposit that covers the muddy bank of a creek. Burial is in crevices. Case reports of attempted healings.
