Syphilis Of A Pueblo Skull Before 1350

Description: 

A skull presents with destruction of the bones of the nasal aperture and cavity, with subsequent healing and cicatrization, resulting in marked deformity. The specimen may be placed between the years 1000-1350 and seems to justify a diagnosis of syphilis. Footnotes. Very poor graphics.
