Original case was an off-reservation male from Black Hills area. He named only one contact, an out of state, off reservation female. Her infection was traced back to two Indian males and one White male in South Dakota. Forty-one Indians and 20 whites were involved in the next 80 days, and 9 Indians and 6 whites became infected.
